We find that by adopting this method we can more easily form long-lasting partnerships with out customers because we can become part of their strategy delivery.
In fact we have our own Curulis Strategy Development Method which customers can use to develop corporate or IT strategies.
We believe that IT investment is an enabler of business achievement and success but that it is not an end in its own right. So many IT investments have not been in, or kept in line, with the real business goals and objectives and have resulted in some high profile failures.
Our approach is very firmly rooted in an iterative model so that real benefits and delivery can be seen throughout the life of a project or program and not just at the end.
This allows customers to constantly evaluate their investment and react to changes.
